Take 200 gm paneer and cut into triangle size.

Cut the middle portion but not the whole,try to keep one side like this picture.

Now take chopped cashew nuts, raisins, green chillies, grated paneer,1 tsp cumin powder,1 tsp red chili powder and salt as per taste.Mix together.

Stuffing is ready and put into the paneer.

Make the batter with cornflour and little water.

Dip the stuffing paneer into the batter.

Take a pan, heat the oil and fry it.

Remove it from the pan.

In a pan,fry the chopped onion and make a paste.

In a pan,fry dry spices, chopped tomato, cashew nuts and make a paste.

Take a Kardhai and put dry spices, onion paste and tomato cashew paste and add 1 tbsp sugar.

Cook it for 5 mins and add water.sprinkle some fenugreek leaves.

Paneer Pasanda is ready to serve.

Now put the fried stuffing paneer and cover it for 10 mins.
