In a bowl add hanged curd, Roasted gram flour, and all spices and mix well.now add paneer and mix well.now cover the bowl and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes

After 30 mins take a grill pan or non-stick pan and apply ghee all over and put all paneer gas on medium flames and roast golden brown to both sides and take out the plate

Now in same pan put oil and add crushed ginger and coriander leaves mix well and add salt and pieces of tomatoes and capcicum and roast them for some times

Now add paneer and tomato ketchup and mix well.now serve hot dry paneer tikka masala
