Heat 1tbsp ghee in a pan add makhana and toss it on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

To a blender jar add 1/2 cup of toasted makhana, 1tbsp chahew nut almonds Cardamom and blend it to a fine powder.

Heat a pan with ghee and roast the cashew nuts, raisin,pistachio and keep it aside.

Now in a pan pour the milk and boil it.now add roasted makhana and boil it for 5 minutes.

Now add milk powder and boil it for another 5 minutes.

Now add ground powder and mix it well. Then add roasted cashew nuts raisin pistachio and sugar and mix it well.

Let it boil and let it reduce to a consistency of kheer and then add saffron

Keep stirring till you get the perfect consistency and turn off the flame.top it with lots of dry fruits and ready to serve it.
