7 mins ke baad flame off krden aur masale ko thanda hone ke baad blender mein blend kar ke paste bana lein.

Ab medium flame par ek pressure cooker pot rakhen aur usmein oil, safed zeera, sukhi lal mirchen aur sabat masale shamil karein aur 4-5 mins bhoon lein.

Kaddu ko wash krne ke baad slices mein cut kiye hue pressure cooker pot mein shamil karein aur 7 mins pkaen.

Ab wash ki hui aur bheegi hui channe ki daal shamil karein aur sath hi masalon ka paste aur dahi bhi shamil karein aur 7 mins medium-low flame par pkaen.

Masalon aur dahi ka pani khushk hone ke baad aur oil separate hone ke baad 3 cup pani shamil karein aur wristle ke baad 20 minutes ke liye pressure cook karein.

Flame off karein aur pressure release hojane ke baad pressure cooker open karein aur garam masala powder, kasuri methi, sabz dhania aur sabz mirchen shamil karein aur 2 mins ke liye low flame par pkaen aur dish out krlen.
