the ingredients used in masala tea, including elaichi and peppercorns , helps in digestion also when you add ginger into the mixture, the effect becomes even more profound. It has a refreshing and calming effect on the body. So if you are struggling with digestion, make sure to drink masala tea with elaichi since it increases the production of saliva ☕ it really help ALHAMDULLILAH
I have had this tea before as well 3 4 months ago, it's very very effective 👍👍

Ingredients

20 mins
1 cup
  • 350 mlwater
  • 100 mlmilk
  • 4black peppercorns
  • 10green cardamom pods, lightly crushed
  • good pinch green fennel seeds
  • small piece cinnamon stick
  • 1 tspfresh ginger, peeled and roughly sliced
  • 1black tea bag
  • to tastesugar,

Steps

    Heat the water and milk in a pan with the spices and ginger until it comes to the boil

  2. 2

    Turn the heat down and cook over a low to medium heat for 15 minutes. Be careful as the milk can easily rise and boil over.

  3. 3

    Once the volume is reduced to a large cupful, add the teabag and let it brew for one minute, or longer if you like strong tea.

  4. 4

    To serve, strain into a cup and add sugar to taste.
