Extract a double shot of espresso and set aside first.

Put a pump of vanilla syrup directly into your glass

Put soda water directly into the glass and stir

Add a desirable amount of ice

Slowly pour over the 2 shots of espresso on top of the mixture to create more layered appearance
- 6
Put vanilla ice cream on top and add a little bit of all purpose cream on top of the ice cream.
