Soak rice urad dal moong dal overnight and grind into flowing consistency... Now saute capsicum than add all veggies and cook for 5 to 10 mins

Now add all masalas schezwan sauce and paneer mix well... Now add salt in dosa batter.. Mix well... Heat pan sprinkle some water on tawa and wipe it.. Now take spoonful batter and spread on pan very thin.. Add oil on sides of dosa cover it and let it cook on sim for 3mins.. You can cook by both sides optional.. Now add veggies in centre fold it... Dosa is ready to eat

Now cut into 2 or 3 Pieces and serve hot and enjoy schezwan paneer dosa
