Ingredients

Around 45 mins.
4 people
  • 5-6raw bananas
  • 1 bowlroasted and grinded peanuts
  • as per tasteSendha namak
  • as per tasteBlack pepper powder
  • as requiredDry coriander and chopped coriander
  • 2-3chopped green chillies
  • as requiredAlmonds,Cashews and nuts (as per your choice)

Steps

Around 45 mins.
  1. 1

    Steam the bananas for 1 whistle. Let them cool for 5 mins.

  2. 2

    Then peel the bananas and grate them.

  3. 3

    Add all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix them.

  4. 4

    Then you have to shape them like a tikki. (You can also fill some dry fruits as filling)

  5. 5

    After shaping them, keep them in the fridge for 10-15 mins.

  6. 6

    Then you have to shallow fry them in a non-stick pan from both sides on low flame.

  7. 7

    Your Vrat ke kebabs are ready.
