Banana kebab
It's my own recipe. I cooked it for my family.
Steps

Steam the bananas for 1 whistle. Let them cool for 5 mins.

Then peel the bananas and grate them.

Add all the ingredients in a big bowl and mix them.

Then you have to shape them like a tikki. (You can also fill some dry fruits as filling)

After shaping them, keep them in the fridge for 10-15 mins.

Then you have to shallow fry them in a non-stick pan from both sides on low flame.

Your Vrat ke kebabs are ready.
