Heat ghee in a wok.

Roast ragi in the ghee until aromatic and change color.

Add in the water little by little and stir continuously. Let it cooks on low flame.

Add the jaggery, you may use sugar as well but jaggery is a better option. If making for kids.

Let the jaggery melt completly and bring everything together. The halwa will start leaving the sides of the pan.

Serve hot, Enjoy.
