Ingredients

8-10 servings
  • 1 cupapplesauce
  • 2small cranberry jello (can substitute any red jello)
  • 12 oz.Cranberry Relish (jar or frozen, thawed)
  • 12 oz.Raspberries, frozen
  • 1 cup7-up
  • leavesLettuce
  • Raspberry yogurt (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Put applesauce in small saucepan.

  2. 2

    Add jello. Heat until dissolved, around 6 minutes.

  3. 3

    Put cranberry relish and raspberries in 2 quart bowl.

  4. 4

    Add hot gelatin mixture.

  5. 5

    Stir until blended.

  6. 6

    Slowly stir in 7-up.

  7. 7

    Put in 6 cup jello mold.

  8. 8

    Refrigerate until firm.

  9. 9

    Unmold jello onto salad greens.

  10. 10

    Serve with raspberry yogurt.
