Preheat the oven to 350. Wrap sweet potatoes in foil and put them into the oven for 40 minutes until completely cooked.

Peel off the skin.

Mash the sweet potatoes with a fork and cool to room temperature.

Put raisins and walnuts and mix with natural greek-style yogurt.

Refrigerate until cold.
