For sugar syrup take sugar and water in a pan and cook on medium flame for 10 min. Add cardamom powder to it and boil. Consistency of sugar syrup should be little sticky. Keep it aside.

For batter take besan, sooji and baking soda in a bowl. Now add water slowly to make lump free batter. Batter should be of running consistency. Divide batter in 3 parts and add food colour.

Heat ghee in a pan on low flame. Pour batter on a perforated ladle or strainer so that boondi will fall down in ghee. Fry boondi till it colour change. Don't over crisp the boondi.

Take out boondi from ghee and put it in sugar syrup. Mix cashews and melon seeds in it. When boondi is warm make ladoos of it.Tasty boondi ladoos are ready to serve.
