Ingredients

  • 2fresh changu fish
  • Salt
  • 2 tbspGarlic n ginger paste
  • Oil for frying
  • 2Lemon/Lime

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the scales n clean the fish.wash it properly n cut into pieces.

  2. 2

    In a bowl mix salt,garlic ginger paste n lemon juice.Make a paste n apply on the fish.

  3. 3

    Put in the fridge for 2hrs.put oil in a nonstick pan n fry ur fish till cooked

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali n sukuma or mboga ya nyanya.
