Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1tspn of baking powder
  3. 2tblspn of butter
  4. 1tspn of sugar
  5. 4boiled eggs

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl add in ur flour, sugar,baking powder and mix thoroughly

  2. 2

    Add in ur butter and mix well

  3. 3

    Add in ur cold water and mix untill u get a sticky dough

  4. 4

    Sprinkle some flour on ur working surface and place the dough on the surface and one's

  5. 5

    U can add more flour if the dough is too sticky

  6. 6

    Cut out a little bit of ur dough and roll in a circle, cut the edges of the dough where is too thick

  7. 7

    Take out ur egg and wrap with the flat dough, make sure the egg is completely covered with the dough

  8. 8

    U then cut out the excess dough on the side, roll the egg with ur palm until smooth

  9. 9

    Once u re done set aside and leave it to rise for about 15 minutes, fry in hot oil but on medium heat, until golden brown and crusty. enjoy
