Steps

Fry onions till they're soft in the veg oil until soft.

Add purée, stir together then add water (1-1 ratio with basmati rice) salt to taste then when water boiling add rinsed drained rice to pan
- 3
Bring back to boil put lid on turn heat to lowest of low burner for 10 mins then turn heat off & put clean t-towel on pan replace lid over t-towel leave for 5 mins then serve
