This pickle is mostly prepared in North India. Its taste is sweet and sour .this is my favorite and I believe everyone will like it.

This pickle is mostly prepared in North India. Its taste is sweet and sour .this is my favorite and I believe everyone will like it.
Steps

Wash gently galgal, green chillies and ginger.

Chop the gargal in small pieces, ginger in long and thin pieces and give cut the chillies from the centre.

Keep galgal pieces in sunlight to dry for 4/5 hrs,(it is optional)or 1 day before from preparing it.

Heat the oil in a pan properly. Then put methi seeds, zeera, turmeric powder.Put immidiatly gargal in it. Get the flame on medium.

Add red chilli powder, 2tsp common salt, 1 tsp black salt and 2tsp sugar. Mix slightly. Cook it for 4/5 minutes.

Add green chillies and ginger too. Stir it. Cook for 15 min or less.

Off the flame and keep for sometime uncovers. It is ready to eat.

Get it cool. For further use keep it in the air tight container.
