Methi pithla jowar green garlic bhakri and thecha village style

For pithla - First take all the ingredients together clean n wash n chopped onion, tomatoes, methi leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, Coriander leaves.

Heat the oil in a pan add mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, asofetidia if crackle add chopped garlic cloves, onion and green chillies curry leaves,

Saute for a minutes add kokam, salt and ginger garlic paste n mix well add tomatoes n cook for 5 minutes,

After 5 minutes add chopped methi leaves, n cook again 5 minutes take a big bowl add 1 cup gram flour and water mix well in a hand whisker make a thin batter,

After 5 minutes methi is cook add gram flour batter slowly and stir continuously add some Coriander leaves,

And cook for 5 minutes till the boil come again sprinkles some Coriander leaves after 5 minutes our methi pithla is ready to eat, serve hot in a serving bowl.

For bhakri - take a big plate add 1 bowl jowar flour in to it, add chopped green garlic, salt and lukewarm water n mix well,

Knead the dough well, after that take a dough and divide into the equal round balls of dough dust the plate and make a round bhakti,

Heat the tawa put the bhakri in the tawa apply some water on upward side if bhakri with the finger, as the water evaporates then turn the bhakti,

Cook again for 3 minutes on medium flame, roast the bhakri both the sides, now our bhakri is ready to eat.

For green chilli thecha - wash and cut the chillies heat the tawa pour 1 tsp oil add 8 to 9 chopped light green chillies, 4 to 5 garlic cloves, cumin seeds and fry till the colour change in medium flame, after that switch the gas flame remove the fry chilli's into the plate,let it go oil down

Add salt and then crush it into the mortar it taste is very yummy, once it gets crushed mix it well nw our yummy thecha is ready to eat.
