Steps

Add salt, red chilli powder and baking soda into gram flour and make a thick batter with water. Mix well and set aside for 5 minutes while heating up oil.

Boil the peeled and diced potatoes while making phulkies.

When oil Is heating up take a teaspoon batter of gram flour mixture and fry into medium high oil. Deep frying.

All done into 20 minutes approximately. Potatoes are done, phulkies are done and onion, tomatoes cutting are done. Time to assemble.

Put yogurt and milk into bowl and add salt, ginger garlic paste mix well.

Add vegetables and phulkies mix well, at last add green coriander leaves and sprinkle chaat Masala on top.

Dahi Phulki are ready in 30 minutes.
