  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tsprefined oil
  • 3big sized Tomatoes grated
  • 3-4 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1medium sized onion chopped
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsporegano
  • 2 tspoil
  • 3 Glasseswater for boiling

    Wash.and heat water add pasta,salt and oil. Cook.80%cook pasta.

    Drain.wash normal water.

    Heat a vok.heat oil and add garlic saute.add onion saute till transperate.

    Add tomatoes.mix well.cook became cook.

    Add salt, oregano, black pepper, red chilli, pasta.
