3julian cut carrot
1julian cut bell pepper
3sliced cut spring onion
1/2chopped cabbage
2chopped tomatoes
3 tbspntomato ketchup
1 tbspnvinegar
1 tbspnchilli sauce
1 tbpsn ginger garlic paste
1/4 cupoil
1 tspn salt
1/2 tspn red chilli powder

First in a pan add oil then add ginger garlic paste.saute it for 2min.

Now add 1 tspn salt,1/2 tspn chilli red powder. Add all chopped vegetables in it.

After 10 min add tomato ketchup, vinegar and chili sauce.

Serve it hot with rice or with roti.
