Accidental nems

Asian food is rather hard to find here, so when I find something, I buy it! I found a packet of Thai spring roll wrappers. And was inspired (always by our Yui!) to make some spring rolls. So I made what I expected to be spring rolls, but instead, they turned out like nems that I've had before in a Vietnamese restaurant! So not exactly sure what I made, but they were gooooooood #asian #starter
