Ingredients

  • 400 gmsbrown/white bread
  • 1medium onion, finely chopped
  • 100 gmsroasted peanuts
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • ForTadka
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspasafoetida
  • 5-6curry patta leaves
  • 4-5green chilies

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Chop the onion and green chilies. Make the pieces of bread.

    Heat the pan and add oil in pan. Add the ingredients mentioned in tadka section one after another. Add roasted peanuts too.

    Add bread pieces in pan and mix thoroughly. Cover with lid and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve Bread poha with green chutany or tomato ketchup for kids.
