The blended peppers for vitamin c..not too much oil..but just requires patience in each e.g. wait for the oil coming up while cooking(a nice indication for this process Alhamdulillah thnkfully learnt from some good home cooks nearby !)and onions Browning...and yes the patience for it too ..
the flavors are amazing the chicken overnight marination in good amount ginger .made it very soft almost mashable steak..and surrounded in the sauce with bit of water and simmered also helped it be tender ..Eid say not alot of spice but right combinations at everything. Makes this special fit for Ramadhan. You can prepare bulk, making this in large pots,to provide ,as charity iftar meals or for mosque, during iftar distributions etc .almost a must for Ramadhan InshaAllah! it goes with rice plain or veg, paratha, chapati , maandazi ..you name Alhamdulillah!, #Ramadhaan (first of last 10 days)
