Ingredients

  1. 1 PacketOyster Mushroom
  2. as requiredWater
  3. As neededOil for deep frying
  4. as neededCurry leaves few
  5. FOR BATTER:-
  6. 2 TbspMaida/Gram Flour
  7. 1/2 TbspCorn flour
  8. 1/2 TbspRice Flour
  9. 1 tspGinger Garlic paste
  10. 3 tspChilli Powder
  11. 2 tspCoriander Powder
  12. 1/4 tspGaram Masala
  13. As per taste Salt
  14. 1/2Lemon juice
  15. 1 TbspThick Curd

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the mushroom twice or thrice. Cut the mushroom thin length wise.

  2. 2

    In a bowl add the ingredients given for batter to a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Add the mushroom and curry leaves. Mix well. Keep aside for 2 hours.

  4. 4

    In a deep frying pan, add oil. Once oil gets heat,keep the flame in medium. Fry the mushroom in batches. Do not over cook.

    Strain the excess oil. Serve hot.
