Ingredients

Serves 6 servings
  • 4-5pears
  • 3/4 cupflour (about 100 grams)
  • 3eggs
  • 2/3 cupsugar (about 130 grams)
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder (about half a packet)
  • 1/4 cupmelted butter (about 60 grams)
  • 1 1/4 cupsmilk (about 300 ml)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. 2

    Whisk the eggs and sugar together, then add the melted butter.

  3. 3

    Add the flour and baking powder, then gradually mix in the milk until smooth.

  4. 4

    Peel the pears and cut them into pieces.

  5. 5

    Pour the batter into a lightly buttered baking dish and add the pears.

  6. 6

    Bake for 30 minutes, then serve warm.
