Baked and roasted sweet corn
Steps

Make sure the sweet corns are fresh and not too sweet. Peel them off.

Mix all the dry spices, ghee and lemon juice in a plate.

Apply the masala on sweetcorn with a piece of lemon or brush.

Cover the sweetcorn with foil paper properly in a way that all parts are covered.

Repeat the process for all other sweetcorns.

Arrange them in a tray and bake them on 150℃ for about 30 minutes.

Once they are baked, open the foil paper. Make sure you use cloth or gloves as the corns will be super hot now.

Now roast them directly on the stove, apply masala once again with the help of a lemon piece so that lemon juice is applied too.

Serve them hot.
