Steps

Firstly take a bowl and put boiled potatoes in it and add coriander, turmeric, red chilli powder, fennel seeds and jeera in it

Then mix them and make small balls of it and flatten them with palms

Then heat a pan and shallow fry the tikkis with oil or ghee

Then serve them with hot tea and enjoy
