Ingredients

10 minutes
2-3persons
  • 1 cupovernight soaked black gram
  • 1boiled potato
  • 1small onion
  • 1small tomato
  • 1/4 cupcubed cucumber
  • 1 tspchopped coriander leaves
  • 1chopped green chilli
  • 3-4florets of cauliflower
  • 1/4 tsppepper powder
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl take soaked black gram.

  2. 2

    Cut onion and tomato into cubes.

  3. 3

    Add all the vegetables to the bowl.Add dalt and pepper also.

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice and mix well.

  5. 5

    Serve.
