  • 1 table spoonadrak lehson paste
  • 2 tablespoondahi
  • 1 tea spoonvinegar
  • Salt as per taste
  • 2onions slices
  • 3sa 4 bari hari mirchain roughly chopped

    Sub sa pehly ik pateela Mein oil Daal kar is Mein zeera, kali mirch, long, Bari elaichi, daar cheeni, choti elaichi, taiz patta, badyan ka phool, 1 piyaz ke slices cut kar ke Daal dain

    Piyaz ko just pink karein Yani 2 sa 3 minute fry karein ziyda nahi krni wrna pulao ka color kharab hojyga

    Ub is Mein adrak lehson paste add karein bhonain 2 minute Ub is main chicken add Karein or sath he hari mirchoun ka paste, salt, or kuti mirch bh add Kar ke achi trhn 3 sa 4 minute bhonain

    Ub is Mein aloo Daal kar 4 minute bhonain or phir tomatoes add kar ke mazeed 2 minute bhonain

  5. 5

    Ub is Mein dahi add krdain or jab tomatoes soft hojaen or dahi ka pani bh dry hojaye oil separate hojaye to is Mein boil Chana add Kar ke 2 minute bhonny ke bad is Mein rice ke lehaz sa pani add krdain

    Pani mein jab boil ay to is Mein vinegar add kar dain Iski wjh sa rice tot Tay nahi hn

    Or sath he rice bh add krdain flame medium to high rkhn or pateela ko full cover na karein

    Jab Bht he kum pani reh jaye to pulao ko Ub full cover Kar ke 4 minute bad rice ko dum par bilkul low flame par rakh dain or sath he 3 sa 4 bari hari mirchain cut Kar ke is Mein add krdain or podeena ke patty bh

    Jab rice gal jaen or pani bilkul dry hojaye to flame sa Hata Dain or ik piyaz ke slice ko light brown Kar ke rice ke upar Daal dain

    Now tyyr hai Chana aloo chicken pulao 😋
