Paneer fingers

Cut paneer into finger sized pieces.

Add chilli powder.,salt, turmeric and black pepper.

Toss this and let it sit for 10 minutes.

For batter mix cornflour, maida, salt and black pepper with some water in thick consistency. Take bread crumbs in a plate.

Dip the paneer fingers in the batter and coat with bread crumbs.

Deep fry the fingers till golden.

Serve hot and enjoy as starter.
