Perfect Sausages (Cooking Tip)

So I've always had trouble with frying sausages: they brown too quickly and inside remains raw... Until I learnt this technique. The sausages are Daiichi Brand - that counts too! Have you had street sausages that feel like ugali with meat flavour? That's how you know brand matters, LOL! And with this technique the skin remains beautifully soft and with the nice snap when you bite.
