First in a khadai add oil.When it becomes hot slow down flame and add 1/4tsp mustard seeds.When seeds crackle add dry chill made into half with curry leaves.

Add beetroot with water and salt.Cook them by covering with lid.

In a mixer jar add coconut,shallots,garlic,1/2tsp mustard seeds and green and red chilli.Grind them yourself.

Add this to cooked beetroot and cook them till raw taste of coconut is gone.Check salt.Serve this with your favorite rice.
