Sweet Corn pulao
Steps

Wash basmati rice and soak it in water for at least 15-20mins. Finely chop all the vegetables.

In a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and add cumin seeds, cloves,bay leaves, cinnamon and black pepper and sauté till the spices turn aromatic. Now add garlic, ginger and green chillies and fry few seconds also add onions and saute till they turn golden brown.

Add chopped carrots capsicum and sweet corn also add salt. saute for a minute.

Add 1 cup soaked basmati rice. saute for a minute on medium flame without breaking rice grains.

Pour 2 cups water and add 1 tbsp lemon juice and stir.

Cover and let the rice cook on a medium flame, till the water is absorbed and the rice is well cooked.

Turns off the flame and let the rice stand for 5 minutes.pulao is ready.

Finally, serve sweet corn pulao.
