Healthy Chinese Noodles

Firstly boil some noodles add 1tsp oil & half tsp salt while boiling noodles

Freeze noodles for 10mins make sure that noodles will not get sticky together

Take a pan add oil as per taste then add chopped garlic then stear it then add onion, capsicum, carrot, cabbage then steer it for 5min

Make sure your veggie will become crispy don't overcook it otherwise it will not become tasty

Then add boil noodles, salt as per taste, 1tsp black pepper..... It is optional.... It's your choice whether you wanna add black pepper or not.

Then add chilli flacks, and all the sauces together.

Then mix them well put the flame high & mix them well

After few min you can switch off your gas burner.........

So here your tastey, yummy noodles aur ready.......

You can garnish it with coriander leaves.... Not compulsion it's your choice........ Hope you like dis simple & elegant dish
