Ingredients

30 mins
2 servings
  1. 250 gmatta / all-purpose flour
  2. 100 gmfresh chopped methi leaves(fenugreek leaves)
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1 tspazwain/carom seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the ingredients in a mixing bowl,make a hard dough

    Make small balls and roll it on rolling pan same as we make chapatties.

  3. 3

    Apply oil/ghee on a non-stick pan or tawa and cook for 2 minutes on one side and flip then apply oil/ghee on the other side too and cook for a minute. Serve hot with Tomato sauce and Amla chutney.
