Coarsely Grind the soaked moong dal,use a little water for grinding

Transfer the moong dal batter in a bowl and beat this batter for 5 minutes.

Then add all the ingridient except oil and mix well.

There is no need to add baking powder or baking soda to this batter, just beat this matter well, it will make it very light and crispy.

Now take a kadhai, put enough oil for frying, once oil is hot.

Now add a small-small portion of batter in oil deep fry the pakora

Cook all pakori on medium to high heat, We have to keep frying the pakora until its color turns light golden.

Now take them out in a plate

And serve hot pakodis with fried green chilli and onion.
