1heaped teaspoon onion marmalade
1beef stock pot
50 mlboiling water
30 gbutter

Add the onion marmalade, beef stock pot and water to the pan.

Heat on a medium heat and bring to the boil.

Remove from the heat, add the butter and stir. The sauce should be think, but if it’s too thick to poor add a teaspoon of extra water until it’s the consistency you want. Serve.
