Dryfruit modak
A very traditional delicacy prepaired during Ganesh pooja.
Steps

Take a maida add a pinch of salt.Now add ghee for moian and rub maida with ghee between the two palm till ghee mix tharougly.

Now knead maida into a soft dough with lukewarm water.keep aside.

Now coarsely grind all the dryfruits.Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.

Make a lizaam or slurry of maida and water and keep aside.

Now fill the poori with dryfruit mix and make like a momos by applying slurry to the edges to seal it.

Make all the modaks.

Now take ghee in a wok and heat it and deep fry all the modaks to golden brown.
