Set oven to 180

Mix all the filling ingrdients together your hands is best for this, every now and a gain throw the mixture in to the bowl this helps with the texture.

Make a sausage out of your filling mix and place 2cm from the edge of the pastry close to you

Pull the pastry over and press to seal. then trim

Place on a baking sheet join the ends to make a circle brush with egg and place in the fridge to chill.

After 20 mins remove from the fridge brush again with the egg and decorate

Place into the oven and bake until golden

Can be eaten hot or cold
