Ingredients

1hr 20 mins
4-6 servings
  • 1 packetready roll Puff Pastry
  • 500 gsausage meat
  • 1 tspcranberry sauce
  • 1/4 tspgarlic granules
  • 1/4 tsponion granules
  • 1egg yolk

Steps

1hr 20 mins

    Set oven to 180

  2. 2

    Mix all the filling ingrdients together your hands is best for this, every now and a gain throw the mixture in to the bowl this helps with the texture.

    Unroll your pastry and have the long side towards you

  4. 4

    Make a sausage out of your filling mix and place 2cm from the edge of the pastry close to you

  5. 5

    Brush the edge with egg

  6. 6

    Pull the pastry over and press to seal. then trim

  7. 7

    Place on a baking sheet join the ends to make a circle brush with egg and place in the fridge to chill.

  8. 8

    After 20 mins remove from the fridge brush again with the egg and decorate

  9. 9

    Place into the oven and bake until golden

  10. 10

    Can be eaten hot or cold
