Fry the wadi in darker shade

Make a fine paste of onion and garlic

Heat the pressure cooker, add oil and cumin then add chopped onion and fry it,then onion and garlic paste, and fry it for 5 to 6 minute on medium heat

Then add all the spices except garam masala,add salt and tomato, mix well,fry it till oil start separating

Then add chopped potato and wadi, fry it for 3 to 4 minutes,add peas fry it till golden brown

Add water and garam masala, Now we will close the cooker lid and put three to four whistle on the highflame, rest it for 10 minutes, and its ready to serve
