This festive season let's make some healthy sweets. I made Beetroot and bottle gourd barfi. Just few ingredients and it can be made in very less time.
Steps

Peel off and grate beetroot with grater.

Heat ghee in a pan and put grated bottle gourd.

Add grated beetroot and cook on high flame till it becomes dry with stirring continuously.

Add dessicated coconut and mix well.
- 5
Boil milk on low flame till it reduces half.
- 6
Add khoya milk, sugar and cardamom and cook on medium flame.
- 7
Stir continuously and cook till it leaves the side.
- 8
Transfer it in greased plate and decorate with almonds.
- 9
Cut in your desired shape and enjoy.
