Today I am sharing recipe of Beetroot Burfi a very humble burfi with very less amount of sugar #Diwali2020
Steps

In a mixer blend grated beetroot, so tht its fine.

Take readymade coconut powder grate fresh coconut and blend it separately in blender keep aside

In a pan heat ghee, lower the flame add beetroot and roast till the raw smells goes
- 4
Once done add coconut powder, mix nicely, cook till coconut is roasted
- 5
Add this stage add sugar powder and cardamom powder, mix nicely, now add milk powder continue mixing and stirring
- 6
If the mixture is dry add milk mix and switch off the flame.

Remove the mixture in greased plate.

Peel soaked almonds and cut in slices garnish burfi with the almonds.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or till set, cut in desired shape and serve. Its healthy, tasty and looks good Happy Diwali🎉
