Grind lentil into mixer and pour water less then lentils height

Remaining mixture in the blender you add 1small onion green chili coriander leaves curd an water blend a fine mixture

Take a pan and put oil and ghee

Then you add fenugreek seeds and cumin seed Murraya koenigii(curry leaves)

You take out 3/4 as you measure take and put onion finely chopped coriander and green chili

And put pakora spices in the ingredient and mix well

Put small portion in to the oil and fry well cook properly pokora colour become golden,called pakora

And put into your lentil karhi

Remaining oil use for tarka put some chopped onion curry leaves whole red chili and cumin seed
