Boil the potatoes and mash it.heat a pan with oil add cumin seeds add ginger paste red chilli powder cumin powder and CHAAT masala fennel powder and mix it add coriander leaves

Mix together maida kalonji,salt,oil and water

Rub the maida well.to form a stiff dough

Knead the dough gently to smooth a bit.Make small ball.grase the rolling area then flatten a ball

Cut in to two parts

Take one part and apply water over the straight edge.make a cone.fill the cone with potato.

Seal them and make a samosa shape

Take a pan and put some oil in the pan add samosa and fry it

Remove it golden fry.Serve samosa with mint CHUTNEY and tomato CHUTNEY.
