Subse pehle jawitri,Kali mirche aur bharhi kali iilachi ko pees lein.

Phir Lehsan aur Hari mirchon ka paste bana lein.

Onion Kat Kar ke oil main fry karein.

Fry Karne ke baad,namak,Lal mirche,zeera,tamator paste,dhaniya,Green chilli Lehsan paste,mace black pepper powder dal Kar fry karein.

Jab sahi se fry hojaye to boiled chane dal Kar fry karein.

Fry Karne ke baad Pani dal Kar thore boil hone dein.

Chawal ko ek ghante pehle bigho Kar rakhe,

Phir Chawal Pani boil hone ke sath dal dein aur boil taiz anch par kate jab boil hot huwe Pani 1 inch Take reg Jaye to halki anch par rakh Kar dum par rakh dein

Garma Garam chana pulao taiyar hy Chutney ke sath paish Karein.
