In a mixing bowl,take gram flour add all the powder spices along with salt and green chillies..mix well add some water mix well and make a thick batter

Now add chopped onion, tomatoes and raddish's leaves.mix together with hand whisker.all the veggies had its own water so not add too much water.after adding veggies check the consistency of pakoda. if needed then add water.

Heat oil in a kadhai.put the little portion of batter in hot oil and deep fry the pakodas in batches untill they turn golden brown.fry on medium to high flame.then transfer in a plate.serve with green chutney.
