Take a wide vessel for mixing. Add banana mash smooth with the help of fork. Now add sugar,cumin seeds, baking soda, salt and curd.

Mix them well with a help of spoon,then add maida and prepare dough. Knead till dough turns smooth.

Grease the dough with a 2tsp or 3 tsp of oil. Cover and keep aside for 8 hours. I made dough at night.

Next day, knead the dough slightly. And take small sized dough dust with some maida and roll slightly thick than poori. Heat the oil for frying.

When oil is hot deep fry the buns. Fry the buns on both sides in medium flame.

Fry till buns turns dark golden brown in colour.

Serve buns with vegetables kurma or you can also have them plain.
