Take some ghee in a bowl and whisk it nicely.

Then add curd and mix by whisking.

Now take some all-purpose flour in a bowl and add salt, baking powder, baking soda in it and mix well.

Now mix the all-purpose flour to the curd ghee mixture.

Mix them properly. And make small balls from them.press the middle part of balls.

Heat the pan,add the oil and deep fry the balls.

Deep fry from both sides until golden colour comes.

For sugare syrup heat a saucepan and add sugar and water in equal quantity.Now boil for 15 mein.until it get thicken and sticky.

When sugar syrup is ready add these balls to the syrup. And Baalooshahi is ready.
