Cook the veg in olive oil for a few minutes until soft. Add the mince and brown. After a few minutes add the passata, salt and pepper and mix well. Simmer for about 25-30 mins adding water if it becomes too dry

When ready, set a side to cool. Meanwhile chop the mozzarella and preheat oven to 200. Put mince in a bowl, add mozzarella and mix. Add half the beaten egg to bind. Mix again

Roll out the pastry directly onto a baking tray. Divide in 12 equal parts. Make a ball with the meat mixture and add on top of each piece. Fold up and glaze with egg

Bake for about 25 mins until golden brown
